At MERRACHI, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase; if you are not entirely happy, you may return your unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and packaging remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original MERRACHI packaging and include the printed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
